Welcome to the Wildwood! Come in, kick off your hiking boots, grab your knitting, get comfy and stay for a while. We can knit together, write and sketch in a journal, or talk about getting healthy together.

Hiya! My name is Kerimoon. I am a simple Fifty-something nature loving artist, trying to get back into shape in my fifties, using many forms of art to heal my body, my mind and my soul. I believe that every where we look is art, everything we do can be artistic, and I strive to live a completely artful life. I want to motivate others to do the same and to see the beauty the earth has to offer everywhere we look.

I love to make art every day, to travel, journal, cook healthy meals, walk for heart health, attempt to practice a little bit of yoga, and bask in the absolute grandeur that Mother Nature shows me every day. My art is wholly influenced by nature. I would love to share it with you, learn new things together, and share some art tips, practices, patterns, recipes, and of course do my best to motivate you!

  • Hello world!

    Hello world!

Hiya friends! I am a little behind but I’m finally here. I can’t wait to journal/blog, share my art, and talk shop!

We are really hoping for a decent bloom this year. Last year there were virtually no flowers due to too much rain, and this year there hasn’t been very much rain so we will see!

this image of the magnificent California Poppies was taken in 2023 I believe, from our secret spot!
    Have a great day!
